Each year, RLDC is coordinated, planned, and executed with one central purpose in mind: to improve the chapters' organizational, managerial, leadership and technical skills. The conference serves to develop and improve chapter programs and infrastructure, as well as provide the opportunity to transfer leadership ideas, skills, and overall help to young leaders.
